༄༅། །མགོན་པོ་མི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་བསྟོད་པ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ། །

Homage to the Deity!

འགྲོ་བའི་བླ་མ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་མི་འཁྲུགས་པ། །

drowé lama chomden mitrukpa

Guru of beings, Bhagavān Akṣobhya,

ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་འགྲོ་བ་རྗེས་བཟུང་བའི། །

tukjé chenpö drowa jezung bé

You perfected the aspiration to guide beings with great compassion,

སྨོན་ལམ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་བརྙེས་པ། །

mönlam tarchin changchub chok nyepa

And attained supreme enlightenment—

སྐྱོབ་མཛད་འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །

kyob dzé drowé gön la chaktsal lo

Guardian and protector of beings, to you I offer homage!

གླང་པོ་པདྨ་ཉི་མའི་གདན་སྟེང་ན། །

langpo pema nyimé den teng na

Upon a throne supported by elephants and a lotus and sun-disc,

བཻ་ཌཱུརྱ་ཡི་མདོག་འདྲ་མཚན་དཔེས་བརྒྱན། །

baidurya yi dok dra tsenpé gyen

You sit with a body the color of lapis lazuli, adorned with marks and signs.

དཀྱིལ་ཀྲུང་མཉམ་གཞག་ས་གནོན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཅན། །

kyil trung nyam zhak sa nön chakgya chen

Your legs are crossed, and hands are poised in the earth-touching mudrā and gesture of equanimity.

རྣམ་དག་སྐུ་མངའ་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །

namdak ku nga dé la chaktsal lo

To you whose body is utterly pure, I offer homage!

ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་རབ་འཕྲོས་པས། །

nyi kyi tuk lé özer rab tröpé

Your heart radiates rays of light,

འགྲོ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མ་ལུས་རྣམ་སྦྱངས་ནས། །

drowé dukngal malü nam jang né

Which purify all the sufferings of beings without exception.

བླ་མེད་ས་ལ་འགོད་པའི་གཉེན་གཅིག་པུ། །

lamé sa la göpé nyen chikpu

To the one and only friend who leads to the supreme state,

ཡོན་ཏན་རྫོགས་པར་མཛད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །

yönten dzokpar dzé la chaktsal lo

The one who has perfected enlightened qualities, I offer homage!

ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས། །

khyö kyi ku sung tuk dang semchen nam

Your enlightened body, speech and mind are never separate from sentient beings,

དབྱེར་མེད་གཅིག་པས་མཚན་ཙམ་ཐོས་པ་ཡང་། །

yermé chikpé tsen tsam töpa yang

So even merely to hear your name

ཉེས་ཚོགས་སྤངས་ནས་འཚང་རྒྱར་གདོན་མི་ཟ། །

nyé tsok pang né tsang gyar dön mi za

Removes all faults and brings enlightenment—of this there is no doubt.

ཕྱག་འཚལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ་བསྐྱབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །

chaktsal kyab su chi o kyab tu sol

To you I offer homage, in you I take refuge: please grant me your protection!
