“You have accomplished so much for so many. Thank you.”

We are a not-for-profit organization and rely on your donations to keep going. Your support will enable us to translate more texts and make them freely available.

Lotsawa House recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary. We began in 2004 with one purpose: to make accurate, readable translations of Tibetan Buddhist texts freely available online. Today thousands of students of Tibetan Buddhism all over the world regularly use the site and tell us they find it invaluable.

We are now home to four major projects and offer more than 5000 texts in nine languages—the writings of approximately 325 authors on more than 200 topics.

Our translators and editors are committed to the vision of making these precious texts freely available, but to continue to do so we must rely on the generosity of sponsors and patrons. Please consider making a contribution today. Even a small gift goes a long way!

You can make a donation using the form above, or, even better, support us regularly via Patreon.

If you would prefer to donate via bank transfer, please email us for details.

“May your site expand and grow!”
— Prof. Steven D. Goodman, California Institute of Integral Studies
