Sergio De Senna Correa nasceu e foi criado no Brasil. Começou a praticar o budismo em 1992 sob a orientação de Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. Em 1999, mudou-se para Khadro Ling, onde permaneceu até 2003. De 2003 a 2009, estudou no Nepal, no Instituto Rangjung Yeshe, e se graduou nos programas de bacharelado e mestrado. Foi também lá que conheceu e se tornou aluno próximo de Kathok Getse Rinpoche. Enquanto estava no Nepal, teve a oportunidade de estudar com professores como Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, Khenpo Sherab Dorje, Khenpo Jampa Donden, Khenpo Appey, Dhuge Rinpoche, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche e Phakchok Rinpoche. Após 2009, voltou ao Brasil, onde permanece até hoje e é aluno de Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche e Lingtrul Rinpoche.

Sergio De Senna Correa was born and raised in Brazil. He began to practice Buddhism in 1992 under the guidance of Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. In 1999 he moved to Khadro Ling, where he stayed until 2003. From 2003 until 2009 he studied in Nepal at the Rangjung Yeshe Institute before graduating in both the BA and MA programs. This was also where he first met and became a close student of Kathok Getse Rinpoche. While in Nepal he also had the opportunity to study under such teachers as Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, Khenpo Sherab Dorje, Khenpo Jampa Donden, Khenpo Appey, Dhuge Rinpoche, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche and Phakchok Rinpoche. After 2009 he moved back to Brazil where he remains today and is a student of Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche and Lingtrul Rinpoche.
