Translations by Anna Yeshe Dorje

Anna Yeshe Dorje is a former nun who has studied and practiced Buddhism since 1980. From 1983 to 1997, she studied as part of the first so-called Geshe Training (a precursor of FPMT's Master of Buddhist Studies program) and passed the required exams. She began studying the Tibetan language in 1980 and first started translating in 1987. From 2001 until 2004 she was based in Dharamsala, where she worked on translations of the medium-length Lamrim and other texts.

Anna Yeshe Dorje è un'ex monaca (1982-1995) che ha studiato e praticato Buddismo dal 1980 e ha studiato e superato tutti gli esami del primo cosiddetto Ghesce Training (precursore del Master Program di studi Buddhisti FPMT) per 14 anni, dal 1983 al 1997. Ha iniziato a studiare l'alfabeto tibetano nel 1980 e a tradurre dal 1987. È stata per 2 anni e mezzo a Dharamsala dal 2001 al 2004 per affinare la lingua tibetana parlata dove ha iniziato a tradurre il Lam Rim medio e ha continuato a tradurre e rivedere diversi testi.
