Concise Summoning of Prosperity

ཀྱཻ། ཚོགས་གཉིས་ནོར་བུ་རྒྱས་པའི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་ལས། །

kyé tsok nyi norbu gyepé trin chen lé

Kyai! From vast clouds of expansive jewel-like twofold accumulation,

དགེ་ལེགས་འདོད་དགུའི་གྲུ་ཆར་འཇོ་བ་ཡིས། །

gelek dögü druchar jowa yi

As the gentle rain of virtue, excellence and all that is desirable falls,

ས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་རྒུའི་རེ་བ་སྐོང་མཛད་པའི། །

sa sum kyegü rewa kong dzepé

It fulfils the hopes of all beings throughout the three worlds—

རྩ་གསུམ་ནོར་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །

tsa sum norlhé tsok nam gong su sol

Three Roots and wealth deities, turn your attention towards me.

དེ་རིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་ཡི་ཉི་མ་ལ། །

dering tashi lha yi nyima la

Today, when the divine sun of auspiciousness shines,

ཕྱྭ་ཆ་གཡང་རྫས་མ་ལུས་བཀྲམ་ནས་ཀྱང་། །

cha cha yang dzé malü tram né kyang

All the materials for attracting fortune and prosperity are laid out.

རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཆོ་ག་ཟབ་མོ་འདི་བགྱིད་ན། །

tendrel choga zabmo di gyi na

As we perform this profound rite for interdependent circumstances,

ཐུགས་དམ་མ་བསྙེལ་འདོད་འབྲས་མཆིས་པར་མཛོད། །

tukdam ma nyel dö dré chipar dzö

Do not forget your commitments! Bring the fulfilment of our hopes.

ཆོས་ཉིད་བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་བདེན་སྟོབས་དང་། །

chönyi sam mi khyabpé den tob dang

Through the power of the inconceivable truth of dharmatā

ཆོས་ཅན་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་རྟེན་འབྱུང་བསླུ་མེད་མཐུས། །

chöchen gyundré tenjung lumé tü

And infallible dependent causality of conditioned things,

སྲིད་ཞིའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱྭ་གཡང་དཔལ་འབྱོར་བཅུད། །

sizhi kham kyi cha yang paljor chü

Swiftly confer the essence of prosperity, abundance and fortune

དེ་རིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གནས་འདིར་མྱུར་དུ་ཁུག །

dering tashi né dir nyurdu khuk

From existence and peace on this auspicious place today!

འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དང་རྒས་མེད་ལང་ཚོའི་དཔལ། །

chimé tsé dang gemé langtsö pal

The splendour of an immortal life and ageless youth,

འཛད་མེད་ནོར་དང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་བློ་གྲོས་ཕུལ། །

dzemé nor dang namchö lodrö pul

Inexhaustible riches, and a fine, discerning intellect,

ཕུན་ཚོགས་སྡེ་བཞིའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །

püntsok dé zhi paljor jinyepa

All the wealth and splendour of fourfold abundance—¹

དེ་རིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཡང་ར་འདི་རུ་ཁུག །

dering tashi yang ra diru khuk

Confer them in this auspicious field of prosperity today!

སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་བསྟན་འཛིན་འཕགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །

sangye changsem tendzin pak nam kyi

The power of the blessings, compassion and capacity

བྱིན་རླབས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ནུས་པའི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དང་། །

jinlab tukjé nüpé tutob dang

Of the buddhas, bodhisattvas and noble holders of the teachings,

ལུང་རྟོགས་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་སྙིང་པོའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྒྱུན། །

lungtok shedrub nyingpö trinlé gyün

And essential activity flow of teaching, practice, transmission and realization—

མ་ལུས་དེ་རིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གནས་འདིར་ཁུག །

malü dering tashi né dir khuk

Confer them all on this auspicious place today.

འབྱུང་བ་ཉི་ཟླ་རི་གླིང་རྩི་ཤིང་སྨན། །

jungwa nyida ri ling tsishing men

The elements, sun and moon, mountains, continents, plants and medicines,

བུམ་བཟང་དཔག་བསམ་གཏེར་དང་མ་རྨོས་ཚལ། །

bum zang paksam ter dang ma mö tsal

Excellent vases, wish-fulfilling treasures, and uncultivated fields,

ལྷ་ཀླུ་མི་ཡི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ཕུན་ཚོགས་བཅུད། །

lha lu mi yi paljor püntsok chü

The essence of the perfect wealth of gods, nāgas, and human beings—

ཇི་སྙེད་མཆིས་ཀུན་དེ་རིང་གཡང་དུ་ཁུག །

jinyé chi kün dering yang du khuk

Let them all be conferred as prosperity here and now!

སྣོད་ལ་གཡང་ཆགས་རྩི་སྨན་ལོ་ཏོག་རྒྱས། །

nö la yang chak tsimen lotok gyé

With burgeoning prosperity, medicinal plants and crops in the environment,

བཅུད་ལ་དཔལ་གནས་ཚེ་རིང་མདངས་སྟོབས་ལྡན། །

chü la pal né tsering dang tobden

And strong, radiant, long-living, ever-glorious beings as the inhabitants,

རྒྱལ་བསྟན་དར་རྒྱས་བསྟན་འཛིན་དབུ་འཕང་མཐོ། །

gyalten dargyé tendzin upang to

May the conqueror’s teachings flourish and its holders enjoy high status—

དོན་གཉིས་བསམ་ཀུན་འགྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྩོལ། །

dön nyi sam kün drubpé tashi tsol

Grant the auspiciousness of fulfilling all wishes for twofold benefit.

ཅེས་འཕགས་ནོར་གྱི་གྲངས་ཀྱིས་མཛེས་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདིའང་རྒྱལ་སྲས་གཞན་ཕན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་་་ཞེ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་པདྨ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་་་ཀྱིས་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།

These verses, beautified by being equal in number to the riches of the noble ones, were composed by Gyalse Zhenpen Chökyi Lodrö (Shechen Gyaltsab Gyurme Pema Namgyal). May they bring virtue and excellence!
