༄༅། །ཚར་ཆེན་གྱི་མཛད་པའི་གསུང་ངག་བརྒྱུད་འདེབས་ཞལ་སྐོང་།

Supplement to the Lineage Prayer for the Lamdré Instructions Composed by Tsarchen

རྣམ་གྲོལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོའི་དབེན་གནས་སུ།    །

namdrol changchub chenpö wenné su

In the hermitage of Great Liberation and Awakening,

གསང་ཆེན་སློབ་བཤད་བསྟན་པའི་བང་མཛོད་འཛིན།    །

sang chen lobshé tenpé bangdzö dzin

You hold the treasury of the great secret Private Instructions,

མཁས་ཤིང་གྲུབ་བརྙེས་ཐར་རྩེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།    །

khé shing drub nyé tar tsé dorjé chang

Learned and accomplished Vajradhara of Thartse,

བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།    །

tenpé gyaltsen zhab la solwa deb

Tenpai Gyaltsen,¹ at your feet I pray.

ཨེ་ཝྃ་ཆོས་འཁོར་རྩེ་ཡི་བླ་བྲང་དུ།    །

ewam chökhor tsé yi labrang du

In the uppermost residence of Ewaṃ Chökhor,

འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་སྲས་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ།    །

jamyang lamé tuksé chokgyur pa

You are the supreme heart-son of the Mañjughoṣa guru,

བཤད་དང་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་དཔལ་ལ་དབང་འབྱོར་བ།    །

shé dang drubpé pal la wangjor ba

With mastery of the splendours of teaching and practice,

རིན་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།    །

rinchen dorjé zhab la solwa deb

Richen Dorje,² at your feet I pray.

འདི་ཡན་ལེགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་མཛད།    །

དགའ་ལྡན་ས་བཟང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ།    །

ganden sabzang chökyi podrang du

In the dharma palace of Ganden Sabzang,³

དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་མ་ལུས་འདུས་པའི་དངོས།    །

dü sum gyalwa malü düpé ngö

You are the embodiment of all the victorious ones of the three times,

འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་སྒ་སྟོན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།    །

jamyang lama ga tön dorjé chang

Mañjughoṣa guru, Gatön Dorje Chang,

ངག་དབང་ལེགས་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།    །

ngawang lekpé zhab la solwa deb

Ngawang Lekpa,⁴ at your feet I pray.

རིས་མེད་མཁས་གྲུབ་འདུ་བའི་སྨན་ལྗོངས་སུ།    །

rimé khedrub duwé men jong su

In the medicinal valley where non-sectarian scholars and adepts gather,

ཟབ་རྒྱས་མདོ་སྔགས་ཆོས༵་ཀྱི༵་མཛོད་འཛིན་པ།    །

zabgyé do ngak chökyi dzö dzinpa

You the holder of the profound and vast Dharma-treasury of sūtra and mantra,

བློ༵་གྲོས༵་མཚུངས་མེད་མཐའ་ཀླས་གདུལ་བྱའི་ངོར།    །

lodrö tsungmé talé duljé ngor

With incomparable intellect and attending to limitless disciples,

དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་ཞབས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།    །

palden lamé zhab la solwa deb

Glorious guru,⁵ at your feet I pray.

ཤྭ་ལོ་ཀ་འདི་གཉིས་ཤིང་རྟ་ལོར་ས་སྐྱ་པ་ཡབ་སྲས་སློབ་བཤད་ཕུལ་སྐབས་སྡེ་གཞུང་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་བཞེད་ངོར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་པས་སོ།།    །།

Chökyi Lodrö wrote these two verses in the Wood Horse year,⁶ on the occasion of offering the Lamdré Lopshé to the Sakya Dagchen and his son, in response to a request from Dezhung Choktrul.
