The Request

རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་བདེ་བ་ཆེ། །

dorjé sempa dewa ché

Vajrasattva, embodiment of great bliss

སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་གཙོ་བོ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །

gyutrul tsowo gong su sol

And chief deity of the Illusory Net, think of us!

རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི། །

dorjé tsé dang yeshe kyi

Please grant us the empowerments and siddhis

དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་བསྩལ་དུ་གསོལ།

wang dang ngödrub tsal du sol

Of vajra life and wisdom!

Promise to Keep the Vows

གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་བཀའ་བསྩལ་པ། །

tsowö jitar ka tsalpa

Whatever the guru, chief of the maṇḍala, commands,

དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་བགྱི། །

dedak tamché dak gi gyi

I shall carry out—each and every instruction.

ཁྱེད་ལ་བདག་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་འབུལ། །

khyé la dak kyang yongsu bul

I offer myself to you completely.

སློབ་མར་བཟུང་ནས་སྤྱད་དུ་གསོལ། །

lobmar zung né ché du sol

Please take me as your disciple and make use of me.

Offering the Body

དེང་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་བདག་བྲན་དུ། །

deng né tsam té dak dren du

From this moment on,

ཁྱེད་ལ་བདག་ནི་འབུལ་ལགས་ན། །

khyé la dak ni bul lak na

I offer myself to you as a servant.

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་མར་བཟུང་བ་དང༌། །

khyé kyi lobmar zungwa dang

Please take me as your disciple

ཆ་ཤས་ཀྱང་ནི་སྤྱད་དུ་གསོལ། །

chashé kyang ni ché du sol

And make use of every bit of me.
